The University of Michigan’s student/communtity radio station has released a statement saying that they are dropping Pacifica Network News in order “to protest what we believe to be unfair labor practices, disregard for the founding principles of Pacifica.”

I just received a reply letter from Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin on LPFM. Since he signed onto the “dear colleague” letter urging his fellow senators to support LPFM, it isn’t surprising that his letter also voices this support. Click here to read the letter.
